what is cancer soup collective?
"Life is soup. Life is compost. Life is contaminated. And life is very alive."
-Sophie Strand, The Body is a Doorway
cancer soup collective is a silly name for a community that brings together cancer survivors, previvors, thrivers, and caregivers wondering 'what's next?' to heal the wounds cancer leaves behind. we believe "life is soup," made up of the tasty bits, the gristly bits, and everything in between, and that all of life's experiences can be part of an healing elixir. we are here to alchemize our experiences with cancer so that we can truly live our best lives - for the rest of our lives.

when you join today
from the moment you join us in the cancer soup collective, you’ll get access to:
-
a community who gets it: we are taking the healing process to new depths, and we can't do it alone. we thrive in and with a community dedicated to the healing process.
-
monthly themes: each month we will explore a new theme together. themes will focus on simple practices we can incorporate to gain greater awareness of the body-mind-spirit connection, and bring an expanded experience of being alive. the monthly theme will include an optional book to read (with weekly book club meetings) and guest teachers chosen to demonstrate ways to work with the monthly practice.
-
movement & meditation: we gather together multiple times per week to gently move our bodies and focus on mindfulness and breath.
-
dancing down cancer: participate in our weekly class where we use a myriad of healing modalities such as journaling, somatic practices, and gentle movement to process our cancer experiences and gain a better understanding of what's still unhealed. guided by experienced facilitators, this class provides a place to experience healing in new ways.
-
book club: once per week we gather to discuss the month's chosen book. our community collaborates in choosing books which correspond to the monthly theme.
what happens in the collective?
think of this community as way to connect with others in the cancer community, to heal together, and to socialize - outside of social media (no ads here! no algorithms to contend with!). here you will be able to direct message other participants, start a live chat or a meet-up with others, and share your joys and sorrows. there will be multiple opportunities each week to join others for connection, instruction, guidance, and maybe even a little dancing! there are endless ways to interact with each other within the community.
your host and guide

hiiiii! i'm stefff and i'm a 15-year breast cancer survivor. i'll never forget an oncologist asking, as i sat in his office wondering what was next for me, "what are you doing here?" he told me i was healed; that i was cured. but my healing journey was just beginning.
i spent the next decade trying meditation, diets and cleanses, sound healing and reiki, therapy and self-help books, and many more.
i finally found a combination of healing modalities that changed everything for me, and i want to share them with you.
